In less than 2 years SFREP built a client list of more than 200 satisfied and returning customers and a reputation which has a core foundation of great customer service and an exceptional finished product.

Jonathan Tercero is mostly a self-taught photographer from Santa Fe, New Mexico, but will most likely pursue a degree in photography from the College of Santa Fe in the upcoming semester.

 WHY PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY?

As the economy drastically changes, the one thing that remains constant is the need to properly market your product whether that is real estate, hotels, restaurants, galleries, short-term rentals, etc…

As the amount of internet users continues to grow at an annualized rate of 18% (currently 1.5 billion) with those people doing most of the searching and buying online, it is essential for companies to position themselves in the public’s view and represent themselves professionally through their marketing. Professional still photography and virtual tours are great tools to market a product successfully. A professional picture and/or virtual tour could be the deciding factor in selling a house, booking your short-term rental, or booking a guest in your hotel.
